While serving as the Design Lead for IBM Sales Cloud, we sought ways to enhance our understanding of user feedback and behavior. I piloted an AI survey chatbot and advocated for implementing user behavior dashboards.

The Roberto Marinho Foundation required an interaction designer to develop an installation for the Museum of Portuguese Language. By the museum's opening, I had created five experiences, managed developers, and founded a design studio to support the project.

While at Lua, a Brazilian social commerce startup, I designed its V2 native apps, which increased user engagement sixfold compared to the previous version on a key metric, setting me up to grow the design team and lead future releases.
